Q: Do you travel outside of Orlando for a session?

A: Yes. We will travel anywhere in Florida, over 25 miles outside of Orlando for a $50.00 travel fee. All day events that are 50 miles outside of Orlando, require a $150.00 travel fee.

Q: Where is your studio?

A: Our studio is wherever YOU are! For most head shot studio and group photography work, we bring a complete studio to your home or business. For extended editorial or our Premier Session, we prefer you to come to our home studio in Tavares, FL as this allows for larger backgrounds and props.

Q: Do you “Photoshop” the photos?

A: It is truly our goal to make you look fabulous straight out of the camera, however we also want to create a polished finished product. Light retouching is included with your finished product. This includes blemish control, brightening the eyes and softening heavy lines as needed.

Q: Can I get my photos on a CD or flash drive?

A: At this time, we do not offer photos on CD or flash drive unless the client is unable to use our digital download and print ordering service. Our images are carefully created and we protect and value the finished product.

Q: Why can’t I get high resolution digital images?

A: We entrust our printing to a professional photo lab to give you a beautiful finished product. As Mindy Kerr Photography’s name is attached to every image created, we must protect the quality of the images. For this reason, we ask that prints be ordered though us. High resolution images are released ONLY for commercial printing clients. We do however offer lower resolution images to share on social media and for use on websites and business profiles.
